Terms of Service

Welcome to Nurii (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nurii application (“the App”), including any connected integrations, APIs, or related services.
By using Nurii, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have the authority to bind the business or organization you represent.

  • Use the App only for lawful, authorized purposes.

2. Account & Access

To access core features, you may need to authenticate via Supabase and connect at least one third-party integration (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, HubSpot, QuickBooks).

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

  • Ensuring your team members comply with these Terms.

  • Revoking access to integrations when no longer needed.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

3. Data & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference).
You retain ownership of your business and customer data at all times.

By using Nurii, you grant us and our subprocessors permission to:

  • Access and process your connected data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the App.

  • Store data only as long as necessary to deliver features or comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or connected systems.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell Nurii without permission.

  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security features.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe a violation occurred.

5. Availability & Support

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
Basic support is available via support@nurii.ai.

6. Intellectual Property

Nurii and all associated software, content, and materials (excluding your own data) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without written consent.

7. Beta & Experimental Features

Some features may be labeled as “beta,” “preview,” or “experimental.”
Such features are provided as-is and may contain defects or change without notice.
You assume all risks when using beta functionality.

8. Termination

You may stop using Nurii at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws, or

  • We must do so to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Upon termination:

  • Your access is revoked immediately.

  • Connected integrations are deauthorized via Nango.

  • Related data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

  • Errors or decisions made based on AI-generated content or automations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
