Welcome to nurii ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nurii app ("the App"), including any connected services, integrations, and features.
By using nurii, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the authority to bind the business you represent
Use the App only for lawful purposes
2. Account & Access
To use nurii, you must connect at least one third-party integration (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo). You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your connected accounts
Ensuring any users on your team comply with these Terms
Revoking access to integrations when no longer needed
3. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. You retain ownership of your business and customer data at all times.
By using the App, you grant us permission to:
Access your connected data to power analytics, automations, and insights
Store and process data only as needed to provide services
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes
Reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App
Misuse any integrations or impersonate another user or brand
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
5. Availability & Support
We aim to provide reliable access to the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App (excluding your own data) remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the App without permission.
7. Beta Features
Some features may be labeled as beta or experimental. These are offered "as-is" and may be modified or removed at any time.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violating these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination:
Your access is revoked immediately
Synced data will be deleted based on your integration settings
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Downtime or service interruptions
Decisions made based on AI-generated insights
Use your judgment and verify important outputs.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
